Hope Caldwell is one of the most inspiring people we’ve met in a long time. To spend 30 minutes with her is to be deeply impacted. We found ourselves wanting to be better humans after just being in her presence. She’s had some hard challenges that she’s had to overcome, but she has gotten up from each one smiling bigger, working harder, and loving more. Hope is a connector, she’s humble, she makes an indelible impression on all those she meets, she is a visionary, and she’s got a heart the size of the East Coast. As founder of the KLH Group and Doors to Dream, and author of the newly published Daring to Dream, Hope’s days are full of making things happen. Her why behind all of it is strong – it’s her family which includes her husband Ken, and her precious son, Liam. Give a listen and see if you don’t just walk away inspired to be more and do more with this one life you’ve been given.

Yves Gege is a man on a mission. Having gotten frustrated one too many times by not being able to provide adequate time to his PT clients and spending way too much time on the paperwork side of the business, he branched out and started a cash-based PT business, called Made2Move. And he is making a difference. His big vision includes a technology arm, called PTOnDemand, where cash-based PT’s can have access to an all-in-one system that will cut down on the back end so they can spend more time with their clients. Yves and his partner, Michael Howard, competed in the Dig South – Harbor Accelerator pitch for their PTOnDemand product and won the first prize of a $25,000 investment. This guy has got it going on. And, like all our guests, he’s kind, humble, a voracious learner, and doesn’t meet a stranger. He is married to his beautiful wife, Amy, and has 2 adorable little ones – Hollyn and Liam. We’re excited to introduce you to the only and one, Yves Gege.

In this episode, we give you a (self-proclaimed) super fun mashup of 3 podcast hosts. This week we double as both the interviewers and the interviewees as we join forces with the one and only, Matt Scanlon. Matt is the host of the 321GoProject podcast (a podcast geared primarily for the fitness industry) and is co-host of Tonos Radio (a podcast that takes the fitness and nutrition industry head-on as they wade through multiple BS myths), he runs a successful CrossFit gym in Kansas City, MO, and is on the leadership team of 321GoProject. He’s an operational genius, dialing in systems and processes in lightning fast speed; can write content that will make you want to find the bottom line to sign on; gets purposefully lost in the city with his wife… on scooters; can smoke ribs like no other; and is one of those rare leaders who are worth following. As if that’s not enough… he’s smart, funny, ridiculously good looking, humble, and kind as the day is long. We loved every minute of this episode with Matt and hope you do too!
Where to find Matt:

His food is elevated, his love for his family is strong, and his team is fiercely devoted to him.
