Mike Michalowicz launched 3 multimillion dollar companies before his 35th birthday, He’s the author of one of our most recommended books, Profit First, and has also written other best sellers, titled The Pumpkin Plan and what BusinessWeek deemed the entrepreneur’s cult classic, The Toilet Paper Entrepreneur. In addition, he just had a new book released this month, called Clockwork that is sure to take the entrepreneurial world by storm. Mike is a former small business columnist for The Wall Street Journal and the former business makeover specialist on MSNBC. He is globally recognized as the guy who “challenges outdated business beliefs” and teaches us what to do about it. While his resume is certainly impressive and he’s obviously really smart, what impressed us most about Mike is that he’s just a really nice, down-to-earth guy who has devoted his business career to helping entrepreneurs find their success.

Dr. Fiona Rahbar is one smart cookie with a long and impressive resume. She is a board-certified dermatologist by the American Academy of Dermatology, got her advanced degree from Vanderbilt University, completed her dermatology residency at the University of Virginia where she served as Chief Resident during her last year of training, and has presented at various conferences and been published in multiple journals. Impressive right? But, what’s even more impressive than that is her heart for people. She has volunteered in Uganda and Haiti, and with many non-profit organizations. In her spare time, she hosts an incredible podcast, called The Spot Sessions, where she interviews people with very rare skin diseases, she travels as much as she can, and she spends time with the loves of her life – her husband, little one, and her fur babies. Just listening to this episode will make you feel smarter, or at least it did that to us. 🙂

Blair Mathis is one of a kind. The moment we met her, we knew she was a special one. She is a lover of both people, and her chosen art medium, which is makeup. Having made even the most beautiful, even more beautiful, she loves bringing out the natural beauty in people. She immediately makes you feel at ease, and her goal is to simply accentuate what’s already there. She has worked directly for Mr. Giorgio Armani for close to 20 years, as a member of his intimate executive team. She has done the makeup for countless celebrities, and has stories for days. But one of the things we love most about Blair is that she is willing to, in some sense, walk away from all the status to be with and love the ones who matter most to her, her family.
