You know those people who seem to be the whole package? Well, that is Molly Fienning to us – what a privilege to get this interview time with her. She’s funny, she’s incredibly smart (hello, Harvard grad), she’s beautiful, she’s a visionary who has started multiple businesses, she’s madly in love with her husband and kids, she’s real, and she’s not afraid to admit when she’s made a misstep or needs help. One of the things that Molly talks about in this podcast is creating an irrational offer. She has such a giant heart to create brand loyal customers that she talks about some creative ways she’s done that with her not one, but two businesses, Babiators and Red Clay Hot Sauce. This is an episode that’s sure to have you laughing, thinking, and getting out your notebook to jot your thoughts down. We hope you enjoy the show!

RANDI WEINSTEIN: Being Ahead Of Your Time WIth Ideas, Always Loving What You Do, And Believing Everyone Is Equal

Randi Weinstein is a bit of an icon in the Charleston (and beyond) food and beverage scene. She’s the type of person who makes a difference, loves others along the way, and gets shit done. She grew up on Long Island in NY, went to Fashion Institute of Technology, and owned a Children’s Accessories Wholesale Store. After a couple of months of meeting and dating a guy, she got engaged, sold her business and moved to Charleston. In Charleston, for 8 years she was Director of Events for the Charleston Wine & Food Festival, and then went on to start FAB which is a yearly weekend of hospitality workshops for women where she curates the best of the best speakers in the hospitality industry as well as other respected leaders in other industries. Randi is a woman with influence who cares deeply to use her platform for good. We hope you enjoy this episode.
