Dr. Carly McCord has got a heart the size of Texas, and her vision for her life is not any smaller. As the Director of one of the only strictly telehealth clinics in the country, she’s making her mark on this world. In this episode, we’ll talk about what it takes to build something from scratch in a place where you are completely grant funded. She talks about how important it is to patiently build and nurture your network, and how she balances being a good leader and team player, while being a momma to two little ones. Carly is driven, she’s smart as a whip, she works hard at seeing the best and potential in everyone that crosses her path, and she loves to have a good time. Over the course of her life, she’s not been a stranger to hardship, but her positively and desire to find the good makes her a joy to be around. She calls Texas home and wants to see a day where mental health care is available to everyone and anyone who needs it, regardless of their financial situation.
