Growing up, all Katherine Frankstone wanted was her own Easy Bake oven, but her parents insisted that she learn to bake on the real thing to make, as her Dad said, “the goodest” cookies. Obviously that learning at a young age paid off years later when she would bake cookies for friends and they would try to convince her to sell them because they were just that good. Fast forward to today where she has a thriving cookie business called Grey Ghost Bakery in Charleston, SC. They say the best things are made with love which is probably why Grey Ghost cookies are so amazing. Katherine and her team put cups and cups of love into every batch of crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside cookies. Grey Ghost cookies were even featured on the Today Show as a perfect gift giving idea. But even better than her cookies, Katherine is a GSD Entrepreneur who has persevere through the tough times of building a business and the many “I feel like quitting” moments so that she can positively impact as many people as possible.
