For the 2nd week in a row, I have the awesome privilege of interviewing one of my brothers on this GSD Entrepreneur podcast. Chad Weldon is truly one of a kind. I’m pretty sure God broke the mold when he made this guy. Chad is owner of The Master’s Baker, a wedding cake, party cake, and specialty dessert bakery in West Chester, PA (30 minutes outside of Philadelphia). My Mom and Dad founded The Master’s Baker 48 years ago. Seven years ago Chad took the business over and last year he officially became the owner of TMB. In that time, he’s turned the bakery into a national force to be reckoned with as they most recently won “10 of the Most Popular Wedding Cake Bakeries in America” by Wedding Wire and Delish magazine. They do 30-70 wedding cakes… a weekend, and service close to 50 venues in the Philly area with cakes. But in addition to building a successful business, he’s a man of conviction and heart.
